He was predeceased by: his wife Maureen; and his son Brian Hoyt. He is survived by: his children, Patrick Hoyt (Bobbye) of Patchogue, Gina Dvoran (Greg) of Patchogue and Christy Dechen (Chris) of Georgia; his grandchildren, Cortney, Henry, Hayley and Keelynn; and his siblings, Bob of Florida and Linda of Texas.
