He is survived by: his wife Joann R. Breen (Smith); his children, Thomas E. Breen III (Janie), Robert L. Breen (Stephanie), Roxanne Burgess (Terry), Vickie Watkins (Robert), Cheryl Myers, Jill Young (James), Kathy Breen and Ryan Breen (Elizabeth); and his siblings, William, Robert Breen, Betty Renarie and Ruth Wickem. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
