He was predeceased by: his father James Stewart; his grandparents, Joseph and Dorothy Moore; his stepfather Bill DeLand; and his sister Laurie Stewart.
He is survived by: his son Alex Stewart; his siblings, Dawn Rude (Scott) and Frederick Stewart; his nieces and nephews, Freddy, Angel, Mitch and Julie; and his great-nephews, Ripley and Rain. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
