He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas E Breen, and Edith Breen, Sr. (Roberts); his wife Barbara Breen; and his sisters, Judith Spencer and Earla Mae Abbott.
He is survived by: his daughter Laura Powers (Laurie); his grandson Michael Powers; his siblings, Betty Ranieri, Ruth Wickem and Bob Breen; his close friend Mark; and his brother Thomas Breen.
A burial will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Savannah-Butler Cemetery (3274 NY-89, Savannah, NY 13146).
