Ruth M. Tilbe Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth M. Tilbe (Sauquoit, New York), born in Utica, New York, who passed away on November 30, 2020 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Morgan and Marjorie Croissant Morgan; and her siblings, Linda Croft, Judy Felshaw, Midge Cole and Frederick Morgan.
She is survived by: her husband Guy Tilbe; her daughter Lorie; her son-in-law Michael Rice of Liverpool; her grandchildren, Sara Tilbe of Clayville and Zackary Tilbe of Clayville; her sister Paula; and her brother-in-law Douglas Miller of Schenectady. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
