He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Sr. Cardillo and Madeline Parfitt Cardillo; his son Michael F. Cardillo, Jr.; and his brother Felix S. Cardillo, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Fondario; his son Anthony; his daughter-in-law Michelle Cardillo; his grandchildren, Michael F. Cardillo III, Bianca Cardillo and Anthony Cardillo Jr.; his sister Phyllis Yeagle; his daughter-in-law Jean DeCicco; and his sister-in-law Diane Cardillo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
