He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sons, Elliott Ellsworth (Michele), Wayne Ellsworth (Jackie Barnard), Keith Ellsworth (Renee) and Steve Ellsworth (Kristine); his grandchildren, Samantha Ellsworth, Matthew Ellsworth, Ashley Ellsworth, Kenny Ellsworth, Rachael Ellsworth, Justin Ellsworth and Steve Ellsworth, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Skyler, Maria, Corina and Mason; and his siblings, Elliott "Buddy" Ellsworth, Shirley Gray and Karol Gray.
