Stapleton (Sauquoit, New York), born in Hubbardsville, New York, who passed away on December 14, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Stapleton and Alice Wratten Stapleton. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Horgan; his daughters, Jennifer Smith (Lorne) of Richfield Springs and Bethany Stapleton (Randy) of Frankfort; his grandchildren, Sheila (Dan), Alexis, Shaine, Jeffrey and Dillon; his great grandchildren, Hailey and Brantley; his pets, Maggie, Minnie, Willow, Wally, Molly and Max; and his sisters, Beverly Larkin, Barbara Fisk and Cecille Eisenhut. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
