He is survived by: his wife Manuela Albrecht of Sauquoit; his children, Sonja Twitchell (Eric) of Felton, Frank Roy Twitchell III (Tammy) of Ilion, Cody Roy Twitchell (Kelsey) of Blossvale, NY and Matthew Roy Twitchell of Oriskany; his grandchildren, Emanuel, Jonathan, Catherine, Cristian, Frank III, Landon, Ayden, Jaxon, Kaira, Pierson, Olivia, Mason and Riley; his siblings, Brian Twitchell (Faye) of Cassville, Bonny Niles of Sauquoit, Terry Twitchell of California and Shelly Jones (Lysle) of Leonardsville; and his sister-in-law Barbara Lang of Germany. He is also survived by his many family members and friends.
