He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fahy and Mary Clark Fahy. He is survived by: his children, Rory Fahy of New Haven, CT and Kiera Fahy of Norwalk, CT; his brother Kevin Fahy (Clare) of Sauquoit, NY; and his nieces and nephews, Scott Fahy, Kristin Fahy, Allison and Bob Ryan. He is also survived by ten brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; 18 Swords nieces and nephews and 11 grandnieces and nephews.
