He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Baran and Mary Kuriplach Baran; and his siblings, Steve, John and Vera Hennegan.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Baran (Stan) of San Diego and Andrea (Ed) of Albany; and his sister Elaine Bechtold of Saugerties.
