He was predeceased by: his parents, James Macarille and Rose Cashara Macarille; and his grandson Jared Macarille. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Pastor James Macarille (Jennifer) and Danine Allen of Rhinebeck; his sister Marsha Motta (Chuck); and his stepchildren, William and Lisa. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and two step grandchildren.
