It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Starllie Swonyoung of Saugerties, New York, who passed away on January 10, 2024, at the age of 21, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Emmallyea Swonyoung and Croft Swonyoung; her sister Cathrine Swonyoung; and her grandmother Kathryn MacDonald. She is also survived by many cousins, aunts and uncles and dear friends.
Always active in her community, she volunteered for local food pantries and community refrigerators in both Rockland and Ulster Counties and donated her time to many community engagement projects including For The Many, Citizen Action, Rockland County Democrats and Saugerties Democrats.
