She was predeceased by: her parents, Oda Rich and Marietta Simpson Rich; her daughter Cynthia Whittaker; and her brothers, James and Gerry Rich.

She is survived by: her daughter Sally; her husband Kenneth; her children, Kenneth Van Sickle (Leta), Marleise Pastore (James), Denice Monfett and Cherie Hargrove; her sisters, Barbara Karol, Mary Katherine Stewart and Patricia Barros; and her pet Daisy. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
