He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Sperl and Iva Sperl; his wife Barbara; and his siblings, Eleanor Longendyke, Woodrow, William, Leonard and Carlton Sperl. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Seamon - Wilsey Funeral Service (45 John St, Saugerties, NY 12477). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. (45 John St, Saugerties, NY 12477).
