He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jake, Jared Vickery, Mohammed, Shadia, Samer Serdah, Rachel, Sarah Lackemann, Shiobhan, Alana Nasby and Emma Nasby; his great grandchildren, Khloe Mignano and Radi Serdah; his wife Ruth "Freckles"; his daughter Kim Vickery; and his stepchildren, Richard Nasby (Joan), Ruth Ann Serdah, Rosalyn Dragun (John) and Russell Nasby. He is also survived by two grandchildren and nine step grandchildren.
