He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Cauley and Dorothy Reynolds Cauley; and his nieces, Taryn Knudsen and Daria Bogart. He is survived by: his nephews, Doug Countryman (Diane) and Michael Countryman (Dorothy); and his niece Kristin Donovan (Terry).
