He was predeceased by: his father Stanley Davis; and his grandmother Rose Davis. He is survived by: his mother Lois Susanne Levine-Elman; his stepmother Betty Levine-Davis; his siblings, Amy Taurisano, Joshua Davis and Jonah Crawford; his stepbrothers, Phillip, Arthur and David Levine; his aunts, Sylvia Davis and Leah; his uncle Michael Sherman; and his cousins, Rachel Sherman, Lisa Lubranicki and Suzanne Andreoli.
