She is survived by: her father Craig Stephens; her husband Stephen W.; her children, Haven Jolley, Adam Reid, Jordan Jolley, Zane Jolley and Ziarra Jolley; her grandchildren, Zepplin and Waylon Jolley; her siblings, Kaydedra Wood, Kyla, Tamara, Sarah, Matthew and Christopher Stephens; and her in-laws, Stephen and Dorothy Jolley.
Family suggests donations in her memory be made to American Diabetes Association.
