She is survived by: her husband William Barr of Saugerties; her mother Ruth Ross of Hampton, VA; her brothers, Dwayne Ross of Hampton and Jef Ross of Oakley, CA; her stepdaughter Jessica Barr; her stepgrandson Silas of Pelham, MA; her stepson Alexander Barr; and her stepgrandchildren, Charlie and Maria of Redhook, NY..
During the Covid shutdown, she was instrumental in keeping the doors of Sky Lake open and ensuring its continued operation.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Pamela's name be made to The Nature Conservancy (Attn: Treasury, 4245 N. Fairfax Drive, Suite 100, Arlington, VA 22203 USA .).
