With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Richter of Saugerties, New York, born in Kingston, New York, who passed away on April 3, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Tierney and Mary Short Tierney; her husband Arthur; her son Scott Gilbert; and her brother William Tierney.
She is survived by: her children, Todd (Lynn Gilbert) of Kerhonkson and Wendy (Brian Hatfield); and her cousin Tom Tierney. She is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
