She is survived by: her mother Irene Bojarski Caldwell; her husband William Perks; her children, Emily Quinlan (William) of Ithaca, NY, Owen Perks (Kristin) of Burlington, VT and Hilary Gibbons (Derek) of Plymouth, MA.; her grandchildren, Hannah Jane, Nathaniel William Quinlan, Zoe Victoria, Everett John, Lyla Ann Perks, Wesley William, Levi Christopher and Derek Jaylen Gibbons; her sister-in-law Wendy Backus (Tom); and also, Irene Caldwell, Barbara Canton (Joseph) and Stephen Perks (Marlene). She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.

Donations may be made to Hudson Valley Hospice who provided amazing gentle care at the end of Mary Ann's life.
