We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Marion M. Layman of Saugerties, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elton Stevens and Ragnhild "Rae" Sjursen Stevens; and her siblings, Stanley Stevens and Naomi Murtha. She is survived by: her husband Theodore "Ted" Layman; her children, JoAnne (Mark Fischetti) of Lenox, MA., Tim Layman of Saugerties and Jeff Layman (Kathy Raskoskie) of Saugerties; and her granddaughters, Megan Fischetti, Shalan Newkirk and Tesia Layman.

In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Marion can be made to the Saugerties Animal Shelter or the Quarryville United Methodist Church.
