It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonard Caruso of Saugerties, New York, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on June 20, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Caruso and Rocchina "Irene" Caruso (Gaeta); and his sister Emily Kovats. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his daughters, Gina Grimaldi (Ralph) and Donna Beiter (Ronnie); his grandchildren, Eric, Ashley, Teressa "Teddy" and Alexander "Alex" Beiter; his great grandchild Bren Beiter; and his nieces and nephews, Lori, Shelby, Tyler, Frank Cook and Glenn Albanese.
