He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Christine Schackne; his daughters, Rebecca and Rachel Schackne; his sister Caren Schiffmiller (Douglas); his nieces, Allie and Sarah Schiffmiller; and his parents, Jerome Schackne and Faye Schackne.
A memorial Service will be held at a later date due to the pandemic.
