He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Rosa and Dolores E. Rosa (Banks); and his brother Amos Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth A. Rosa (Ambrose); his siblings, Maria Demelis and Michael Rosa; and his grandchildren, Jace, Charley, Keegan, Macey, Devin and Layla Rosa.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Joseph V. Leahy Funeral Home, Inc. (27 Smith Ave, Kingston, NY 12401). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
