He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Nista and Delores Lupo Nista; and his wife Shirley. He is survived by: his children, JoAnne Drake (Paul) of Virginia Beach, Jeanine Breakstone of New York City and Dr. Joseph Nista (Sandy) of East Greenbush; and his brother Frank Nista. He is also survived by six grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
