He was predeceased by: his father Vicente Umaña. He is survived by: his mother Hermina Mazariego; his daughters, Kayla Lacono and Cindy Sandoval of Kingston; and his siblings, Marta Lida Mazariego, Gloria Isabel Mazariego, Rosa Domitlia Mazariego and Vicente Mazariego.

Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to his mother Hermina and can be dropped off at or mailed to Pizza Star, 346 Rte. 212, Saugerties.
