He was predeceased by: his mother Loretta Westfall Mullins; his stepfather Jimmy Mullins; his grandparents, Haze and Martin Westfall; and his half-sister Missy.
He is survived by: his father Russell James; his close friend Jayne Grant; his daughter Danielle Franks; his stepdaughter Heather Grant; his siblings, Kevin Mullins of Newburgh, NY and Jennifer Craft of Tupelo, Mississippi.; his half-sisters, Tabatha James of Lexington and Heather of Ashland, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, Zia Sawyer, Mighlee Grant, Jamie Temple and Kolten Williams. He is also survived by brother, and several cousins.
