He was predeceased by: his father Robert Nilsen. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Nilsen; his children, Rebecca, Amy Nilsen and Nicholas Nilsen; and his siblings, Steven Nilsen, Thomas Nilsen and Sharon Bach. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
