He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Cafaldo; his wife Mary; his daughter Susan Nangle; and his siblings, Peter Cafaldo, Charles Cafaldo, Theresa Naccarato, Rose Iconetti, Mary DeGregoria and Louise Roche.

He is survived by: his parent Rosina Greco Cafaldo; his children, John Cafaldo (JoAnne), Joseph Cafaldo (Nikk) and Bernadette Ayers (David) of Mt. Marion; and his sister Emily Naccarato.
