She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard McSpirit and Alberta Leverich McSpirit; her husband James Dougherty (Jim); her sister-in-law Karen McSpirit; and her nephew Ryan McSpirit.

She is survived by: her son James Dougherty, III (Sara Barnes Dougherty) of Bradenton, Fla.; her brother Richard McSpirit, Jr.; her niece Kristy Mannocchi (Fred); her nephew Richard McSpirit, III; her great-niece Anastasia Mannocchi; and her great-nephew Sasha Mannocchi.
