He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Kolarick and Elsie Kolarick (Kohlwey). He is survived by: his children, Christopher, Jean, Patricia, Donald, Anthony, Elizabeth and Victoria; and his siblings, Arthur Kolarick and Janet Miller (Kolarick). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
