He was predeceased by: his parents, George Feistamel and Anne Bradley Feistamel; and his brother David Feistamel. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Jane Feistamel of Saugerties; his brothers, Dale Feistamel (Linda) of Georgia, Douglas Feistamel (Paula) of Illinois, Dean Feistamel (Lori) of Texas and Daniel Feistamel (Sandee) of Ohio; and his brother-in-law Cosmo Sasso (Martha) of Port Ewen.
