He is survived by: his wife Maryann; his sons, Brian (Jennifer), Eric (Meredith) and Jason Ellsworth (Kerry) of Saugerties; his grandchildren, Amber, Marie, Alyssa, Jason Jr. and Jack; his great grandchild Emma; and his siblings, Lynn Betts (Vince), William Ellsworth and Robin Prockup (Dave). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
