He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Post and Maude Schoonmaker Post; his wife Marie; his children, Dori O'Connell and David Post; and his siblings, June Bielinski, Aretta Crowley, Esmond, Douglas and Vernon Post.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth W. (Denise Post), Howard "Howie" (Gail Alison-Post), Jean Marie (Bruce Fellows) and Adele (Robert Zinderman); his son-in-law Jerry O'Connell; and his sister Shirley Barkman. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Family suggests donations in his memory be made to the Animal Emergency Fund, 93 Manorville Rd., Saugerties, NY 12477.
