We are sad to announce that on July 25, 2019, at the age of 80, Carroll Downes (Saugerties, New York), born in New Haven, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carroll and Lillian Downes, Sr.; his wife Loretta; his children, Brad of Albany, Paul Downes of Catskill, Lynn Sickler of Saugerties, Debbie Natusch and Donna Barber; and his sisters, Nancy Valentino and Kathy Calabritto. He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
