It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Roberti of Saugerties, New York, born in Kingston, New York, who passed away on August 14, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Scism and Dorothy Peck Scism; her brother Donald Scism, Sr.; her niece Debra Scism; her nephew James Scism, III; and her pet Shadow.
She is survived by: her daughters, Roseann Decker, Sr. (Jon) of Saugerties and Lisa Uvino (Phil) of Saugerties; her siblings, Mildred R. Scism and James H. Scism, II (Norma); her siblings-in-law, Nick Roberti, Sr. and Janine Scism; her grandson Jon Decker, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Jaxson and Mackenzie Decker; and her friend Marianne Williams.
Due to the Covid-19 her funeral service will be private with burial at Montrepose Cemetery, Kingston.
Family suggests donations in her memory be made to Hudson Valley Hospice, 400 Aaron Ct., Kingston 12401.
