She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Whitworth and Melva Whitworth; her husband Frank; her son Jeff; and her sister Sheila Whitworth.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Budik, Rebecca Eusepi and Kenny Budik (Lynne) of Saugerties; her grandchildren, Frank Jeffrey Jr., Dylan, Montgomery, Sierra, Stephanie and Ashley Chontos; her great grandchild Fiona Emmy; her daughter-in-law Colleen; and her stepfather Donald Simonsen.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
