He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Bell and Alice Bell. He is survived by: his daughters, Samantha (Michael) and Cheyenne Bell (Robert); his grandsons, Robert Regan and Trevor Wood; and his siblings, JoAnn Wengert (Ron), Betty Smith, Jodi Gallo (George), Stacey Pangoulias (Charles), Thomas (Wendy), Alfred, Jr., Ronnie (Wendy), Vinnie, Anthony (Mandy) and Charles Bell (Kim).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. (45 John St, Saugerties, NY 12477). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Family suggests donations in his memory be made to the Saugerties Society of Little Gardens, c/o Peg Nau, Treasurer, 272 Glasco Tpk.
