It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth E. Spencer of Sardinia, New York, born in Lackawanna, New York, who passed away on October 2, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren Rauch and Mabel Rauch (Fowler); her husband Stanley "Sam" Spencer; her children, Don Spencer (Deb), Fay Martindale and Gary Spencer; her siblings, Marie Griffith, Loren "Parker" Rauch and Robert Rauch; her grandchildren, Carey Lynn Andrews and Nathan Spencer; and her great great grandchild Layten Callanan.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Roblee (late Dan "Duke") of Sardinia, Ken Spencer (Faye) of Sardinia and Jean Thomas (Dennis) of East Arcade; and her daughter-in-law Deborah Spencer of Arcade. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
