He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ruth Spencer of Sardinia and Stanley "Sam" Spencer; his wife Deborah Spencer; his children, Rachel Scanlan (Jim) of Auburndale, Amanda Sutz of Arcade and Nathan Spencer of Arcade; his grandchildren, Ty Hudson, Makaila Spencer, Breanna Spencer, Dylon Isaacs, Alana Isaacs, Luke Houser (Ashley), Keegan Houser, Kailah Costello (Tony), Kera Houser and Aubrey Scanlan; his siblings, Don Spencer (Deb) of East Concord, Sharon Roblee of Sardinia, Ken Spencer (Faye) of Sardinia, Jean Thomas (Dennis) of East Arcade and Fay Martindale; and his brother-in-law Dan Roblee. He was also cherished by four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
