She was predeceased by: her parents, Arndt Opferbeck and Virginia Opferbeck; and her sisters, Sharon Sickau and Sandra Eldridge. She is survived by: her husband Laverne I. Phillippi; her children, Mark I. Phillippi (Flora Rose) of Franklinville, Michelle Phillippi-Moran (Daniel) of Farmersville, Melissa G. Levitski (Sherwood) of Chester, SC and Steve Swinarski (Phyllis) of Reidsville, NC; and her grandchildren, Amanda Phillippi, Jessica Brodie, Luke Phillippi, Steve Swinarski, Jr. and Mckenzi Cragg. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
