He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Vacinek and Ruth Vacinek (Abraham); and his brother James Vacinek. He is survived by: his wife Edith Vacinek (Miller); his children, Beverly Gambino (Dominic) of Sardinia, Russel Vacinek (Darliene) of Sardinia and Jennifer Ellis (Chad) of Freedom; his grandchildren, Lauren, Alexandria, Jade and Jud; and his brother Anton Vacinek of Palmetto, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
