He was predeceased by: his parents, William G. La Fleur Sr. and Cornelia La Fleur (Van Der Plas); and his sister Joanne Mahar of Apopka, Florida.. He is survived by: his brother David J. La Fleur Sr.; his sister-in-law Denise Day of Menands, N. Y.; his children, Robert La Fleur (Kristin) of Fort Lauderdale and Jennifer Christianson (Troy) of Faribault; the mother of his children Karen La Fleur of Orlando; his son Steven La Fleur (Karen) of Feura Bush; and his close friends, John, Marie Natale, Paul, Patricia Guarnieri, Harry and Debbie MacAvoy. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and six nieces and nephews.
