He is survived by: his wife Patricia Putaski; his children, Jay Scott, Rebecca Hayes (Matthew) and Mark (Josephine); his grandchildren, Sara, Ted Hayes, Ben and Ellie Putaski; his sister Mary Anne Adams; and his brother-in-law Lawrence Prosser (Joanne).
