He is survived by: his wife Nanette Supley (Hill); his siblings, Gary Supley (Marge Boyea), Elsa Mottola (Theodore), Liz Mazzotti Sr. (Victor), Paula Bowers (Daniel), Clark Supley (Rose) and Erica Reichelt (Todd); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Christopher (Erin), Panetta, Laurissa (Matt), Whittington, Theodore (Jessica), Mottola, Victor Jr. (Danielle), Philip (Nicole), Mazzotti (Ella), Erynne Neimes (Ryan), Michael Supley, Nicholas Supley and Autumn Reichelt.
