He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Siatkowski (Miller) and George Miller; his wife Josephine Miller (Pheny); and his siblings, Eleanor Pudvah, Valentina LaMalfa, Dorothy Viscusi, Mary DiNola, George Miller and Robert Siatkowski.
He is survived by: his brother William Siatkowski (Bill); his children, Jodie Lynn DeMuth (Dennis) of Friday Harbor, WA, Michael Charles Miller (Donna) of Hadley, NY and John Joseph Miller (Lori) of Northborough, MA; his grandchildren, Ryan Miller of Ballston Spa, NY, James DeMuth (Leah Reid) of Woburn, MA, Drew Miller of Amsterdam, NY, Tara Miller of Austin, TX, Dan Miller of Monroe, NY and Christian Miller of Austin, TX; and his friends, Ann Cimino and Mary Suits. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
