With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Guzek (Saratoga Springs, New York), born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on September 22, 2020 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Guzek and Helen Guzek (Wojtowicz). He is survived by: his close friend SolarPark Energy; his wife Anne Cassidy; his daughter Stephanie Zumwinkel (Mark); and his brother Gary Guzek (Diana). He is also survived by nieces and numerous cousins and friends.

“My name is Thomas Harty, from Buffalo NY. I met Thomas Guzek in January 0f 2020 at a meeting with the Sierra Club. . I immediately said to myself this is a really good man. His presence was balanced , his persona was kind, and I could tell this was a man who knew his business very well.. I can only say I wish knew him longer. I felt lucky to have been part of his circle for a such a short period of time. He influenced me , in this short time, in many, many good ways. Thank you Tom..”
