She was predeceased by: her parents, James Smith and Anna Petrick; her husband Thomas P. Sullivan; her sons, Thomas Sullivan, Daniel Sullivan and James Sullivan; and her granddaughter Michelle Sarrow.
She is survived by: her daughter Patti Turner (George); her grandchildren, Jessica Diehl (Pat), Sarah Sullivan, Patrick Sullivan, Emily Vincent (Mike), Jennifer McCarthy (Edward), Shannon Henderson (Dan), Rellie Roberts (Travis), Ryan Sellar (Doug), Kimberly Sullivan, George Turner (Tara), Thoman Turner and Wulliam Turner (Heather); and her daughters-in-law, Susan Sullivan and Kathy Cummings. She is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
